Kim Sae Ron’s Family’s Lawyer Reported For Alleged Illegal Wrongdoings Relating To Kim Soo Hyun’s Case

It has recently been revealed that the legal representative for the late Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved family, attorney Boo Ji Seok, was reported through the National Human Rights Commission of Korea.

On April 29, it was reported that complainant “A” filed a report with the National Human Rights Commission, claiming that attorney Boo went beyond providing legal advice and engaged in illegal acts.

“A” claimed that the attorney gave incorrect legal advice while representing the bereaved family, and that he was suspected of intervening in the execution as an accomplice.

Previously, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency filed against the late Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved family, the YouTuber, and “B” who claims to be Kim Sae Ron’s aunt, for violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.

In response, “A” stated, “Attorney Boo spread claims of the bereaved family beyond simple advice and used his position to make the false information seem true. It is most likely that he abused his power as a legal expert.”

“A” added that the attorney used provocative expressions, including ”grooming sexual crime,” causing damage to Kim Soo Hyun’s reputation.

Meanwhile, Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved family held an emergency press conference last month and released evidence proving that Kim Soo Hyun dated Kim Sae Ron as a minor.
