New BL K-Drama’s “Very Hot” Scene Attracts Attention — And Not Just Because Of The Kiss 

It’s a new month, and that means new K-Dramas! From Squid Game 3 to Mercy for None, there’s plenty to look forward to in June, and one series already has viewers glued to their seats.

Ball Boy Tactics is a new romance K-Drama, based on the BL (Boys’ Love) sports romance webnovel by Ji Seung Hyeon. The show is about the blossoming campus romance between a basketball player (Jeong U played by Choi Jae Hyeok) and a former Olympic gymnast (Ji Won played by Yeom Min Hyuk).

The first of two (of eight) episodes aired on June 5, and BL fans are already hooked on the show. Episode 1 ends with Jeong U inviting his “stalker,” Ji Won to become the basketball team’s ball boy–because, Jeong U said, if Ji Won is going to keep following him around, “wouldn’t that be easier for both of us?” 

In Episode 2, Ji Won, who didn’t think he was attracted to women or to men, suddenly finds himself feeling attracted to Jeong U after he witnesses some steamy lip action.

However, for some viewers, the kiss wasn’t the main highlight–this eye contact between Jeong U and Ji Won was!
